As the Managing Director and Co-founder of Danyuan Sustainable Investments Company since 2010, Michael oversaw the company from start-up to annual sales of 200 million RMB ($28M USD). In this role, he worked with financial institutions, developers, and governments on large scale sustainable development projects. He has built a rich and diverse network of industry contacts and professional relationships in Asia, North America, Europe and around the world which provide added value to his clients and strategic partners.
During 2001-2010, Michael was President of P&P Corporation’s China operation acting as a manufacturing agency for apparel production in China. Customers included Wal-Mart, JC Penny, Target, Ross, Marshall’s, Tommy Hilfiger, Brooks Brothers etc. Later the company expanded into automotive parts business and supplied parts to GM, Ford and Chrysler. The company sales reached US$20 million in 2007. Michael also set up and ran a WRAP approved garment plant and a TS16949 certified automotive plant in Guangzhou.
Peter D. Dykeman

Peter has a wealth of experience dealing with U.S., Canadian and Chinese companies in various sectors, including consumer goods, machine tools and education. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, Peter worked as a Trade Specialist at the US Consulate in Toronto assisting US companies to export or find strategic partners in Canada. He organized numerous international trade mission events with business and top-level government officials in addition to publishing several in-depth market research reports.
Peter has spent over a decade working in China with local manufacturers and large multinational companies in China; such as handling a US$7 million quality control and manufacturing program for Proctor & Gamble and exporting their products to the United States, Australia and the UK. In 2005, he was a co-founder of an online wholesaler of quality reusable bags in Canada with sales reaching over $1 million. In 2009, he did consulting with various education companies, which eventually led to a senior management position at very large private school with responsibilities overseeing 2,000+ students and 45 foreigner staff in south China. In 2019, Peter moved back to Canada and joined Hong Kong New Era Development Group. He is delighted to work with Canadian companies to help them to export their products or find strategic partners in China.
